The Information Technology Department is responsible for maintaining all faculty and staff office computers and lab computers. Our IT Help Desk analysts will make every attempt to answer questions or resolve your issues directly. If you’re having a problem that the IT Help Desk is unable to resolve, it will be forwarded to the appropriate technical personnel to ensure a timely resolution.
