We strongly encourage students to bring their hand carts and/or carts, as there will be limited carts available to assist with moving in. There will be no volunteers assisting with carrying student belongings to the rooms.

Arriving LATE or missing your designated “Move-In” time slot could result in significant delays or being denied access to your assigned Residence Hall.

Please Note:

  • Only students who are registered and financially cleared will be granted access to the residence halls. We strongly encourage you to complete these requirements before your move-in date to avoid delays.
  • Residents must arrive during their designated move-in time and present a valid Cheyney ID to receive room keys.
  • Room keys should be picked up at the student’s assigned residence hall during check-in.
