Get certified as a Mental Health First Aid Responder!

Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based course designed to teach adults the skills needed to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance abuse problem and help them connect to the appropriate care.

Please Note – There is a self-paced online portion that must be completed prior to the instructor-led session. If you are unable to complete that pre-work, you will have to reschedule to a different class, so please be sure to allow time for that.
