In the event of a Medical Emergency that occurs when the Health Center is closed, call Public Safety at 610-399-2405.

Cheyney’s Public Safety Officers are trained in cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and first aid.

If you are unable to reach Public Safety, Dial 911 (or 9-911 from any Cheyney University office or campus phone).

Ambulance:

Emergency services are available by local ambulance transport to the hospital. Arrangements for ambulance service should be through the Office of Public Safety.

Private Physicians:

It is the responsibility of the student to arrange for transportation and payment to private physicians. Any expenses incurred are the responsibility of the individual student or parent.
