For employees facing personal or family issues, Cheyney University participates in State Employee Assistance Program (SEAP). This Commonwealth-sponsored service is designed to support and assist employees and their families who may be coping with difficult situations or personal problems which affect family life, social relationships and job performance. The SEAP staff consists of trained professionals who offer confidential assistance. Early, voluntary participation in the program is encouraged, and you have the right to refuse services at any time.
