How can I get tech support?
The IT Helpdesk is available 24/7 via email. In-person services are available 8:30-5pm M-F in Marcus Foster room 301.
I have questions about my schedule or would like to make schedule changes.
Returning students can make their schedule adjustments online.First Year students should contact the Academic Learning Community professor for assistance.
Where can I go to access LIVE ZOOM classes when it is right after or before a F2F class?
We will get a list out to the Campus Community of Learning Common areas across campus. Continue to check this page for updates.
My classroom location changed or I need to find a professor. Where do I go?
Please check PowerCampus for classroom updates. Check your course syllabus for class and professor specific information , including contact information, office hours and personal Zoom meeting room info, where applicable.
How do I get credit for prior learning?
For AP scores and prior college credits, students should ensure that the Registrar’s Office has an official copy of their previous transcript to score report. Credit cannot be awarded from unofficial copies. The Registrar is located in Harris Turner Annex, room 1. You can also email registrar@cheyney.edu.
Where is the Honors Academy Office?
The Honors Academy is located in Emlen Hall. Look for the signs on the double doors closest to Marcus Foster.
Where is the Academy Success Center? How can I sign up for tutoring?
The Academic Success Center is in the process of relocating. A communication will be sent out with location information soon. Please continue to check this page for updates. To request a tutor, please contact jghana@cheyney.edu
