Where will I take my classes?

Students will take classes on the CCP Main Campus in the Center for Business & Industry (CBI) Building, located at 18th and Callowhill on the 3rd Floor.

Can adult learners apply?

Yes. The program is specifically designed to serve both traditional-age students
and adult learners returning to complete a degree.

How quickly can I graduate?

Students may complete their bachelor’s degree in as little as three years, depending on transfer credits and academic progression.

Will my CCP credits transfer?

Eligible credits earned at Community College of Philadelphia may be applied toward your Cheyney University degree. An advisor will review your academic record and help you understand how your completed courses apply to your selected program.

How much will the program cost?

Eligible students may be able to complete the program with little to no out-of-pocket cost through grants, scholarships and other financial aid. Individual costs will depend on eligibility, available aid and each student’s circumstances. Students should complete the FAFSA and speak with Cheyney’s Admissions or Student Financial Services team for more information.

Will academic support be available?

Yes. Students receive dedicated academic advising, student support services, and
career guidance throughout the program.

What degree will I earn?

Yes. Students who successfully complete the program will earn an accredited bachelor’s degree from Cheyney University, the nation’s first Historically Black College and University.

Yes. Although classes are offered in Philadelphia, Cheyney at CCP students may participate in campus events, use eligible university resources and become part of Cheyney’s Wolf Pack community.
