Room selection at Cheyney University is assigned in the order that the Advanced Registration Deposit [ARD] is received. After a new or readmit student completes an online application, he or she will be able to select the residence hall and living space based on availability. Students will have the option to request a specific roommate provided that both students have submitted an Advance Registration Deposit. Roommates cannot be guaranteed until both students submit an Advance Registration Deposit.
Returning students are advised that they will not be guaranteed a housing assignment until all University business has been resolved. The University reserves the right to make reassignments at any time based on policies and procedures disputed by the office of Student Affairs.
Please complete the following steps to start the Housing Process New students.
Step 1: Log on to: www.cheyney.edu/housing
Step 2: Log In My Housing site using your assigned Cheyney username
(You will receive your Cheyney Email address and user ID from our I.T. department via email once you submit your Advance Registration Deposit [ARD])
If you do not receive your credentials once your ARD is submitted,
please contact I.T. at 610-399- 2222 or email them firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 3: Complete online application.
Please upload the two required documents within the application
(Missing Persons Form and University Medical Form)
If these documents are not submitted your application is not complete.
